Weekly Giveaway Official Rules
Effective July 27, 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of California and Nevada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins Monday, July 27, 2026 and runs on a rolling weekly basis until the Sponsor announces its end at bakerskettlecorn.com. Each weekly entry period closes Sundays at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, and one winner is drawn the following Monday (first drawing: Monday, August 3, 2026). Entries received after a weekly cutoff carry into the next drawing.
4. How to Enter
Complete the official entry form (accessible by the Sponsor's QR code or at bakerskettlecorn.com) with the required information. Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire promotion. A single entry makes you eligible for every weekly drawing until you win or the promotion ends. Duplicate or additional entries will be disregarded, and entering more than once does not increase your chances. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void.
5. Prize
Each weekly winner receives one (1) Kettle Corn and one (1) Lemon Shaker (approximate retail value: $20). One (1) winner per week. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Each week, one winner is selected at random from all eligible entries (everyone who has entered and not already won). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry, typically within two (2) days of the drawing, and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, is found ineligible, or forfeits, the Sponsor may draw an alternate winner. Past winners are not eligible to win again.
7. Prize Redemption
Prizes are redeemed in person at a Baker's Kettle Corn & Lemon Shakers stand. Because our stands travel, current dates and locations are posted atbakerskettlecorn.com/find-us. The prize must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of notification, subject to the stand's schedule, or it is forfeited.
8. Privacy & Consent
Information collected at entry is used to administer this giveaway and to contact winners. Entry does not require you to consent to marketing. If you separately opt in on the entry form, we may also send you occasional updates and offers, and you may unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy at bakerskettlecorn.com/privacy.
9. Social Media
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.
10. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or failed entries. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant releases the Sponsor from any liability for any loss, harm, or damages arising from entry, participation, or the acceptance or use of the prize. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond its reasonable control compromises the promotion. Governed by the laws of the State of California.
