Flavors worth the fairground line
Kettle and caramel are always on. The wild stuff rotates — and it goes fast.
Classic Kettle
The one that started it all — sweet, salty, impossible to put down.
Caramel
Slow-coated, deep amber, every kernel covered.
Tutti Frutti
A rainbow of fruity flavors in one bag.
Green Apple & Caramel
Crisp green apple meets buttery caramel.
Game Day Colors
Your team, your colors — popped for the big game.
The Chicago & more
Caramel meets cheddar — plus a dozen other flavors.
Cold Lemon Shakers for hot days
Right next to the kettle, we shake fresh-squeezed lemonade to order in nine flavors, from Strawberry to Prickly Pear, plus iced tea, sweet tea, and Arnold Palmers. Cold, frothy, and 32 oz, same booth as the corn.
How we pop it
The same way it's been done at county fairs for a hundred years.
1. Premium corn
Big, round mushroom-style kernels — the best popping corn there is. We never go cheap on ingredients.
2. A real kettle
Real cane sugar in a hot kettle, stirred by hand so every single kernel tastes like the last one.
3. Sealed same-day
Bagged and heat-sealed airtight while it's fresh, so it crunches like it just left the kettle.

Watch it pop.
Real cane sugar hits a screaming-hot kettle and gets stirred by hand until every last kernel turns golden and crunchy. No machine doing the thinking — just the same small-batch method we've used since day one. Turns out it's about as satisfying to make as it is to eat.
Meet the maker
He sold his 4Runner to buy a kettle.
One county fair, one taste of the kettle corn life, and Adam Baker was all in — he sold his truck, bought the equipment, and learned the craft one batch at a time. A decade later it's still a family operation, and the corn is still popped the exact same way.
