Why kettle corn belongs at a fair
Real kettle corn is a live show: kernels, cane sugar, oil, and salt in a hot kettle, stirred by hand until the whole batch turns over at once. That's why the line always forms where the kettle is — you're not buying a bag off a shelf, you're catching a batch as it lands. It's the snack that built our whole business at fairs across Northern California.
